NCRC Tennis Registration
In order to register your child for NCRC Tennis for the Spring 2012 Session or the Summer 2012 Session, please download:

This year, there is one registration form for everyone. Please print the Registration Form and bring it to one of our On-Site Registration days or mail it with your fee to:

Please be sure that you mail your form before the deadline.
If you have more than one child, you will need to fill out a separate Registration Form for each child; however, you only need one Tennis Operating Procedure Page for your family (just please list all of your children on the form). Also, please make sure you print the Session that you want to sign your children up for--Spring, Summer, or both.
FEES: The fee for the Spring Session is $50 ($40 for coaches). The fee for the Summer Session is $50 ($40 for coaches).
This is a 2 page form that you need to fill out and sign by the Registration Deadline listed for each session. You may bring your forms and the fee to one of our On-Site Registration days or mail the form to the address listed above. Please be sure to sign both pages (your child will not be allowed to participate without your signature on both pages).
